We are urgently looking for CRM Solutin Architect based at Singapore.
4 months Contract position.
Requirement:
* Experience in automated sales process to guide salespeople in SAP workflow.
* Campaign management from call list, mass email to lead generation automation.
* Lead enhancement in automatic distribution with Media Industry business rules.
* Opportunity enhancement in ability to generate the quotation / proposal / contract.
* Interaction center telesales operation automation and CTI integration with AVAYA telephony switch.
* Have an in-depth knowledge in the CRM data migration that formulates the strategy of data migration from existing legacy system to SAP CRM.
* Have hands on experience in CRM system configuration, testing, Train The Trainer Training, UAT support and various documentation.
* Prefer someone who has IS-Media Industry experience, esp in the CRM process.
